Recent
Mash Rhode
November 15 - 10am

Mash Rhode is a Dublin based musician who has played guitar and sung for many years. He specializes in all live acoustic performances and brings new life to tunes from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Costello, Cast, Joe Jackson, and many others.
In his time in SL, Mash has become known for his fun and emotional performances. He builds a personal relationship with his audience that is reflected in every show.
RL/SL merge in Montreal
October 29, 30, 31 and November 1
Skinny Shepherd
October 22, 6pm

Skinny is a troubadour in every sense of the world - his songs, stories, and story-songs will move you, entertain you, evoke images and sensations, and his accompanying guitar is unparalleled. Check out the song samples on his page and catch him inworld whenever and wherever you can.
FunkyFreddy Republic
September 24, 6pm
Recently Funkyfreddy Republic has been burning up the stages of SL with his slide guitar playing and singing, gaining a devoted following amongst discerning SL music lovers! He sings both original songs and covers of other classic artists such as Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Coldplay, and others.

Fred's interpretations and guitar stylings are unique to SL, and in RL Fred has mixed, composed, and performed music for TV, film, etc., as well as working with many other interesting artists.
Montrealer Moody
September 17, 7pm
John McCabe returned to Second Life to do another concert on the Ridge, following Montian Gilruth Wednesday night.

He claims to be "just someone in Montreal that loves to play guitar" - "just" kind of implies that there's nothing special about his talent. Wrong. John is an amazingly talented guitarist - spiced up with a quirky sense of humour and a choice of tunes that you don't often hear.
Ayden Kruh
September 10, 2008, 6pm
Ayden is a musician and a mystic at heart. He approaches life with an open mind, firmly rooted in his identity. As a singer/songwriter, he combines new folk/americana influences with neo-soul vocal melodies to share his take on life, love, faith, pain, ect.
Grace McDunnough
September 10, 2008, 7pm
Metaversian, geek, bard, songwriter, live musician and completely hopeless romantic, Grace returned to the Ridge with a rollicking rendition of Santa Baby that went over very well in spite of isp issues (Happy Birthday Santa!) - Grace's performances are always special.
Snow Gretzky
August 29, 2008, 5pm
An impromptu gig (often the best kind), a bunch of great folks showed up with little notice on a busy night - the Ridge was rockin' to the sound of Snow's guitar. Plugged. Oh yeah! :-)

JellyJellyJelly Benelli
August 20, 2008, 6pm
Jelly describes herself as "a closet songwriter who got tired of singing to the hangers." Like many of the best that SL has to offer, she is too modest! Groove to Jelly's down-to-earth folksy-bluesy sound in the misty setting of Nitida Ridge - far from any closets!

Etherian Kamaboko
August 20, 2007, 7pm
Etherian Kamaboko performs live acoustic/electric Roots, Blues, Americana, Classic Rock, Folk and Foo Grass style of music with vocals, harmonica, and electric and acoustic guitars. His music is heard regularly in Second Life .

Playing 6 &12 string acoustic, Resonator Slide, and electric guitar w/ harmonica with keyboard drum emulator. All live!!!!
Chronic Skronski, Mimi Carpenter & Snow Gretzky
August 18, 2008, 6pm
Mimi's visiting Canada and wherever she goes, local sl musicians seem to gravitate to her. She played with Max and Dolmere in Toronto, Montian Gilruth in Montreal, and this time it was Snow and Chronic in Kingston. Thanks to Evilynda Baphomet for offering to host as I knew I'd be tied up on the RL side of this concert, and to Gillian Carthage who pitched in as well :-)
Mimi Carpenter with Montian Gilruth
August 13, 2007
Mimi's visiting, from across the pond! Both regulars on the Ridge, and both taking a short break from performing, she and Monti decided to return together for this evening and jammed at Monti's for a very special performance Wednesday night that began at 6 and lasted until after 8:30pm. We had both our Mimi fix, and our Monti fix - all at once!

For an additional surprise, Mimi's sister Carole joined in - and the girls sang together for the first time - there were some very sweet harmonies!

At one point the 2 sims, Nitida and Euclidia, held 42 and 40 avatars respectively - don't ask me how the 42 was possible on this mainland!
